Installing the App ⁋
- Visit the app home page.
- Click the "Add to Zoom" button at the bottom of the page
- Authorize the app to access your Zoom account, logging in if necessary
Using the App ⁋
Stand and Move Notification
To use the Stand and Move Notification feature, simply toggle the slider on to start the countdown to your next reminder to move. You can click the row with the toggle switch inside it to bring up a menu to change the reminder interval between 5, 10, 15, 20, and 30 minutes.
Click the Stay Fueled row to get a list of WW-approved snacks to try while working from home.
Click the Hydrate row to access a hydration tracker that will allow you to track your water consumption during the workday. Simply click the bottle to track 8oz of water drank. The tracker will automatically reset when you fill the bottle.
Get Dinner Ideas
Click the Get Dinner Ideas row to see a weekly recommended dinner recipe. You can click the recipe name to open the recipe in your browser window.
Get Smart on SmartPoints
Click the the Get Smart on SmartPoints row to launch the WW SmartPoints game in your browser to learn all about SmartPoints.
Click the the Move More row to get safe desk exercises to help you stay active during the workday. Each exercise has a timer so you can easily track how long you have been at it, simply click the Start Exercise button to start a timer for each activity.
Shift Your Thinking
Click the the Shift Your Thinking row to access mindset activities to use throughout the workday.
Remember to Breathe
Click the the Remember to Breathe row to access breathing exercises to help you destress between meetings and sensory exercises to help you refocus. Simply click the Start Exercise button under each exercise to start a timer for each activity.

The weekly recipe refreshes on every Wednesday.
